Just wondering if you can reduce getting distracted. I know you were kinda talk aloud your thoughts but suddenly talk about your cat cuts my train of thought too! Also you dont need to mention you pause as you edit them together and its smooth - if you dont tell i dont know.

I’d love to see you go through the design of some most used workshops in your UXR work day to day, like you mentioned about the activating workshop for the personas - how will that look like? You also mentioned in the podcasts several times that workshop facilitation is really important to put insights into action - as i am still in my early career really eager to learn about this.
